of Front Desk

Accounting Transaction
ManagerÔ with upgrade alerts and program tips. We hope you will find this

What’s New in Front Desk ManagerÔ ?

Feedback Forms … Once an appointment has been confirmed, a form
requesting feedback can be automatically e-mailed to the Showing Agent
along with the confirmation details. When the reply is received,
feedback comments are automatically entered into Front Desk
Manager.

Listing Activities … Listing activities such as open house
dates, advertising, tours, etc., can be recorded and tracked. Activity
reports can be printed/viewed from Front Desk Manager and Customer
Workstation.

Customer Workstation … When enabled by you, Customer
Workstation provides Sellers with 24/7 access to view all appointment
and listing activity on their property whenever they like from any
computer with Internet access.

Upload Photos … Photos for use with your internally generated
feature sheets can now be uploaded onto Front Desk Manager.

Caller Log … "Call Type" has now been added to the Caller Log
along with the ability to search by phone number as well as name. In
addition, 10 questions can now be added for use with the Caller Log,
seven providing a pick list to choose answers from and three are free
form.

Listing Reports … Listing Reports can now be sorted by
various date types (i.e., list date, expiry date, sold date) and further
sorting by street, price, agent, etc., is also available.
What’s New in Accounting Transaction ManagerÔ
?

Team Codes... Commissions can now be calculated based on team totals using Team
Codes.

Commission Advances... can be recovered based on
percent of gross, net, number of payments and fixed payments.

Direct Deposit... Direct deposits are now
available for Agent Commissions.

If you currently use Front Desk ManagerÔ , your sales reps can log into Agent
WorkstationÔ whenever they like from any
computer with Internet access? From here, they can:
- book appointments and check appointment activity on their listings
- add listing activities (i.e., open houses, advertising, tours, etc.)
- search for and view/print messages
- email clients and other office staff
- keep front desk informed with electronic in/out board
- generate own reports on messages, appointments and clients
- access production, commission and billing information when used with
Accounting Transaction ManagerÔ
- Password protected access restricts agents to retrieval of their
information only.
And ..
Similarly, Client WorkstationÔ gives
your Sellers the ability to view the listing activity and appointments on
their properties whenever they like from anywhere with Internet access
(also restricted to their information only via password protection). |
